Cisco Spark will conduct maintenance in which we will redirect services to our secondary data center.
Service impact to Spark is expected to be minimal during this time. The majority of the maintenance window will be dedicated to service validation and testing. Spark users and administrators might notice disconnects of Spark applications, lasting around five to ten minutes, during the redirection of services. A disconnect could cause errors such as failure to send a message or upload a file, call drops, and login errors. If you encounter an issue during the maintenance period, please restart your application and then retry the operation.
