This incident affected: Cisco Spark Care (Care Assistant onboarding and administration, Care Assistant bot, Care Desktop, Chat Service, Callback Service), Context Service (Registration, Read, write, and search data, Agent Desktop and Context Gadget), and Webex Teams (Room creation and management).
