Cisco will perform a scheduled Context Service maintenance beginning at 9 PM EDT on Monday, July 17. This will impact CCE and CCX customers using Context Service, as well as Spark Care customers. Access to customer journey will be read-only in all platforms and callback capability in Spark Care will not be available. The service window is expected to end at 11 PM EDT on July 17.
