User impact is expected to be limited to device administration and pairing intermittently through the duration of the maintenance window. Users may experience intermittent issues pairing to a cloud registered Webex device using their Webex client applications. Changes made in the administration tools affecting Webex cloud registered devices during this maintenance window may not persist, so administrators should avoid making changes during this maintenance. Users that experience issues with their devices during the window should retry their operation.

Identified - Webex Teams engineering has identified an issue that is causing issues with previewing files. When a user sends a file in Webex Teams, the file will send and be available for download, as expected. However, the file preview may not be available. This issue is occurring intermittently for a subset of Teams users.

Engineering is working to address the issue and partnering with an upstream service provider to restore the file preview functionality. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Order processing and provisioning will be temporarily delayed. Any orders or provisioning requests submitted during the maintenance period will be processed after the maintenance is complete.
