Resolved - Engineering identified an issue that caused some Webex cloud registered devices to fail a particular encryption key exchange. This will cause any effected devices to fail to create a whiteboard session or fail to decrypt the room titles for meetings or upcoming calendar events.

A fix has been implemented to address the issue, and no further devices will be impacted by this exchange failure. However, to fully resolve the issue for the effected devices, any devices in this state will need to be rebooted. Engineering has deployed a software release which will update and reboot devices automatically, but administrators may reboot the device manually to address the issue at any time.

In addition to the Messaging failures, Webex Calling users may have issues using voicemail services, including playing custom voicemail greetings and AutoAttendant messages. Some Teams calls and calls into Webex Meetings may fail as well. Care and Context services are also impacted.

In addition to the previously mentioned impact, users may see errors or latency loading room activity from the web client and some spaces may show "decrypting" messages. User presence may not be consistently available. Also, hosts joining a Webex meeting from a Teams client may see an incorrect message that participants are waiting in the lobby.
