Resolved - This cause of this issue has been resolved.

However, a small subset of Spark Boards will require administrators to reregister the device. To do so, the customer administrator should delete the device in Control Hub > Places. Then use Control Hub > Places to generate a new Activation Code and follow the instructions on screen to activate the device.

Identified - Cisco Spark Engineering is aware of an issue that caused a small number of Sparkboards to deregister between 12:02 and 12:10 UTC. The cause of this issue has been resolved.

A small subset of Spark Boards will require administrators to reregister the device. To do so, the customer administrator should delete the device in Control Hub > Places. Then use Control Hub > Places to generate a new Activation Code and follow the instructions on screen to activate the device.
