While impact is expected to be minimal, new user onboarding will be briefly impacted. Spark Administrators may experience impact when managing Spark configurations, users, devices, or places. Creating new bots or integrations and editing existing ones, via the Spark Developer Portal, will also be affected. If you encounter an issue during the maintenance period, please restart your application and then retry the operation.

Cisco Spark Engineering identified an issue administering and upgrading Spark Boards. Some customers experienced issues onboarding, performing factory resets or force upgrading Spark Boards. Engineering has deployed a fix, and the issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience while we addressed this issue.

Monitoring - Cisco Spark Engineering identified an issue affecting Cisco Spark Call. During the impact time of 12:52 to 14:25 UTC, users may have been unable to use Music on Hold, Spark to Spark Calling, or some PSTN calling features. Engineering has restored services as of 14:25 and is continuing to monitor. We apologize for the service interruption.
