Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Our logs indicate that very few if any Spark and Spark Call emails experienced delayed delivery.

Monitoring - Our third-party provider is still reporting some delays with email delivery. However, our logs do not reflect any delivery delay for Cisco Spark voicemail to email, onboarding, or activation code emails. We will continue to monitor our service provider's status.

Monitoring - We have deployed several service changes to help resolve this issue and the service is now stabilized. We are continuing to monitor the reliability of the service.

Care Assistant users may experience a short outage between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST on Monday, Feburary 6th.  The queued questions in the expert rooms will be dropped. Please resubmit the questions after the maintenance window.
