Monitoring - 911 calling is now fully operational. The team is continuing to test and monitor in partnership with the affected audio provider.

Update - Cisco Operations continues to work with the service provider to restore services. At this time, 911 calling is still unavailable for Cisco Spark users utilizing IntelePeer as their audio carrier. Users dialing 911 will receive a message stating "Your call cannot be completed as dialed".

The vendor is working urgently to restore service. Please use a different line to contact emergency services until access through Spark Calling is restored.

Investigating - Cisco Spark Call Operations has identified an issue using 911/933 services for customers using IntelePeer . This has been escalated to the vendor with urgency, and the teams are working to restore services.
