Monitoring - We have deployed a fix to resolve this issue. Spark applications can now pair with room systems, and device registration should succeed.

Identified - We have identified an issue resulting in Spark clients to be unable to pair with room systems to place or join a call. Room systems might display a "connection lost" indicator. New device activations might also fail.

Scheduled - Scheduled - Cisco will perform a scheduled service maintenance to Spark Care Platform beginning at 9 PM EDT on Thursday, June 22. This will impact CCE and CCX customers using Context Service, as well as Spark Care customers. Access to customer journey will be read-only in all platforms and callback capability in Spark Care will not be available. The service window is expected to end at 11 PM EDT on June 22.

Investigating - We are aware of an intermittent issue in the Auto Attendant feature where in auto attendant messages are not played. Teams are investigating; we hope to have a resolution soon.

Monitoring - We are aware that the Spark service has experienced intermittent issues with messaging functions, beginning at 20:26 Pacific June 10. We have taken steps to stabilize the service and are currently monitoring.
