Update - Engineering is continuing to work to address this issue. In addition to the Messaging service impact, some users may experience issues with 1:1 space calls and Hybrid Calendar users may see delays in meeting scheduling. Users should retry any failed operations as these issues are intermittent.

Identified - Webex Engineering is working to address an issue causing intermittent impact to Messaging services. At this time, users may experience failures or latency when sending or receiving messages, creating or joining spaces, or uploading, downloading, or previewing files.

Engineering is working to restore services at this time. Due to the issue being intermittent, if a failure occurs, please retry the operation.

Identified - Webex Engineering is currently applying a fix to address an issue with our whiteboard service. At this time, users are intermittently unable to create new whiteboards or access saved whiteboards from the Webex Teams client or Webex devices. As this issue is intermittent, users should retry the operation if it fails.

A service deploy is in flight and updates will be provided as the fix is completed.

Update - Engineering is continuing to address this service incident.
In addition to the messaging impact noted previously, users may also see intermittent issues with bots, whiteboard capabilities on Webex devices, and some Webex Teams calling functionality.
