Scheduled - Cisco will perform a scheduled service maintenance to Spark Care Platform beginning at 7am EDT on April 24th. This will impact CCE and CCX customers using Context Service, as well as Spark Care customers. Access to customer journey in all platforms and callback capability in Spark Care will not be available. The service window is expected to end at 8am EDT April 24th.

Identified - Our 3rd party vendor responsible for message delivery is investigating issues with intermittent email delivery failure. Customers attempting to add new users to Spark, either through CCM or via Spark app invite, may find messages do not get delivered. The admin or user inviting the new user will get an indication that the invite failed. Trying again may succeed.
