Identified - Cisco Spark Engineering has identified an issue causing intermittent impact to Cisco Spark Care and Context services. Cisco Spark Care Desktop, Chat and Callback services are experiencing intermittent failures.

Administrative services for Care and Context are also affected at this time.

Service restoration activities are underway. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update - Update: Cisco Spark Care Chat services and Assistant Bots are also experiencing intermittent latency or failures.

Investigating - Cisco Spark Engineering is investigating an issue that is causing intermittent latency or message send failures when sending messages in Spark. Users should retry their operation to resend any messages that may not initially send.

Users may also experience latency with some APIs.

Engineering is investigating the issue and quickly working to restore services. Thank you for your patience while we address this service incident.

Monitoring - Cisco Spark Engineering identified an issue that caused temporary impact to Cisco Spark call. Impact included inbound and outbound PSTN calls, call administration and device registration.

Services have been restored and we are monitoring.
